Large spacious downstairs room, double bed is already there with a small fridge. There is heaps of space for your own furniture and there is also a large office desk that goes across the entire back wall. There is heaps and heaps of space! The house is located in Rochedale and is close to local shops (10 min walk) and 5 min walk away from the nearest bus stop, 10 min drive to garden city.
The price includes electricity and water but if bills are unusually high because you have over used it then we will charge extra accordingly but we are fair. This price does not include electricity and this will have to be at your own cost. Please also note that this is a room, it does not have a kitchen, what it does have is everything shown in the pictures below. There is a microwave and a small fridge and space for your own portable stove.
This is a family owned house and we are looking for someone who is mature and responisble with a secure job that allows them to pay the weekly rent.
